Lead analytics team to deliver group level analytics projects and management reports
Drive key KPI & insight for formulation of CRM tactics & assessment of program performance
Lead analytics team member(s) to perform data analysis, data extraction, data cleaning, report development, and database management
Discover actionable insights to grow business performance and identify opportunities
Support local data analysts on data issues and help articulate/evaluate analytics requirements
Support data processing and analysis of CRM programs across portfolios
Gather clear and detailed business requirements and develop self-service dashboards with Tableau
Assist in BI Solution related communications, training, and support as part of change management to ensure the solutions and dashboards are correctly adopted Requirements:
Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Intelligence, Computer Science or other relevant subjects / business discipline preferable
8+ year experience in business analytics, CRM-related discipline preferable
