Summary

Job Summary

This role will play a crucial role in driving data - informed decision - making within HR function. You will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and management of people analytics initiatives and data governance strategies.

2. Key Responsibilities

People Analytics

·        Strategy Development: Collaborate with the HR leadership team to develop and execute a comprehensive people analytics strategy. This includes identifying key business questions, determining relevant data sources, and designing analytical models to address these questions.

·        Data Analysis: Conduct in - depth data analysis on various HR - related topics such as workforce planning, employee performance, turnover, and engagement. Use statistical methods and data visualization tools to translate complex data into actionable insights for HR and business leaders.

·        Dashboard and Report Creation: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that provide real - time and historical data on HR metrics.

·        Predictive Analytics: Explore and implement predictive analytics techniques to forecast HR trends, such as attrition risk prediction, and performance - related talent analysis.

Data Governance

·        Policy and Process Design: Develop and enforce data governance policies and procedures for HR data.

·        Data Quality Management: Oversee data quality initiatives, including data cleansing, standardization, and validation processes. Ensure that HR data is accurate, complete, and consistent across all systems.

·        Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholder to ensure that data governance practices support their operations. Provide training and guidance on data - related matters.

3. Qualifications

Education

·        A bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, mathematics, human resources, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.

Experience

·        Minimum of 5 - 10 years of experience in data analytics, data governance, or a related area. Experience in the HR domain is highly desirable.

·        Proven track record of developing and implementing successful people analytics initiatives, including data - driven decision - making processes.

·        Experience in data governance, including data quality management, data policy development, and data integration.

Skills

·        Technical Skills: Proficiency in at least one data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.

·        Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem - solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights. Experience in using statistical methods and predictive analytics techniques.

·        HR Knowledge: A solid understanding of HR processes, such as recruitment, performance management, compensation, and employee relations. Ability to apply data analytics to HR - related challenges.

·        Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate complex data - related concepts to non - technical stakeholders.
