Modern Tax Group is hiring a Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in the Dallas area. This individual will work closely with the sales team to develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and market share. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business development, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently.

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Dallas area
Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and market share
Work closely with the sales team to ensure successful implementation of business development initiatives
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers
Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities and progress
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or Workforce Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales
Proven track record of success in business development
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
