Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Manager Analytics to join our

Digital team. This individual will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and

the Power BI team, ensuring that business requirements are understood,

dashboards are developed effectively, and ongoing dashboard maintenance and

evolution run smoothly. The role requires a strong analytical mindset, problem-

solving skills, and a deep understanding of business intelligence and automation

processes.

Key Responsibilities

 Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document

requirements for dashboards and data visualizations.

 Work closely with the Power BI team to translate business needs into

effective, actionable dashboards and reports.

 Oversee the development and maintenance of dashboards, ensuring quality,

accuracy, and alignment with business objectives.

 Identify and troubleshoot issues related to dashboard updates, ensuring

smooth day-to-day operations.

 Continuously improve and evolve dashboards to enhance insights and

usability based on business needs.

 Support process automation and Robotic Business Automation (RBA)

initiatives to improve efficiency and scalability.

 Work closely with both the business and digital teams to identify opportunities

for data-driven decision-making.

 Ensure data governance, consistency, and best practices in dashboard design

and maintenance.

 Provide training and guidance to stakeholders on how to interpret and use

dashboards effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a

related field.

 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within a data

analytics or Power BI-focused team.

 Strong understanding of business intelligence tools, with a focus on Power BI.

 Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

 Experience in dashboard design, data visualization, and report generation.

 Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills related to dashboard

maintenance and updates.

 Knowledge of process automation and RBA tools is a plus.

 Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects

simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

 Experience in SQL, DAX, or other relevant querying languages.

 Exposure to Agile methodologies and project management tools.

 Familiarity with data governance and compliance standards.
