Job Description: Senior Executive Operations - E-commerce
PRIMARY LOCATION: Mumbai
JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for a dynamic professional who can investigate, dissect, and interpret online retail performance for websites and e-commerce stores, who is highly skilled data analysts who identify areas for improvement within online sales and marketing. Also assist decision-makers in the development of e-commerce products and online business strategies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Managing content creation and listing of products across all marketplaces
• Develop sales strategy for existing inventory Research and Development for New Product on online Space
• Warehouse operation and management Analysis of Marketplace data for actionable strategies
• Creating and monitoring listing on Amazon.com and Other Marketplaces.
• Cresting and managing Brand Store pages and Enhanced Brand Content (A+ Content) materials to build brand and product awareness.
• Monitoring Reviews and Queries for maintaining good account health.
• Creating Weekly, Monthly Sales Report and Content Audit Reports for Management Inventory Reconciliation and Forecasting for Replenishments
• Responsible for maintaining content on all major ecommerce platforms and brand website.
• Coordinating with Designers, Logistic and Operation teams for smooth operations.
• Onboarding new brands on marketplaces and setup the process for daily operations and Management.
• Maintaining and growing existing business relationships by understanding core aspects of the client’s business.
• Marketplace exposure - Amazon USA, UK, Australia, UAE, India, etc.
• Must have experience in handling media accounts
PROFILE REQUIREMENTS:
• 1-3 years of work experience
• Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Advertising/Marketing/Communication
