Please note that this position is exclusively available to our graduates who have several years of chef and instructor experience. Responsibilities: As a valuable member of our management team, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the academy. Your responsibilities will include: Academy Administration: You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, primarily involving fluent English communication (both written and spoken) with our customers. This will include handling email correspondence with students interested in our training and courses, as well as those interested in our online programs. Website Management: Proficiency in WordPress is crucial, as you will be responsible for updating our café and academy websites. This includes integrating them with online shopping platforms like Megatix and Stripe. Additionally, you will be responsible for updating the academy pages on these platforms to reflect new training and class dates. Database Management: Consolidating student information and maintaining an organized database will be a key part of your role. You will also be responsible for generating monthly summaries to submit to our accountant. Online Academy Support: Our online teaching platform, Kajabi, requires someone with a good understanding of its functionalities. This includes integrating it with online shopping platforms like Stripe. You will be the go-to person for technical assistance when our online students encounter difficulties. If you are not already familiar with Kajabi, the ability to learn quickly is highly desirable. Marketing Collaboration: While you will not directly handle marketing tasks, your understanding of marketing concepts will be highly valued. Your input and strong communication skills will be essential in effectively collaborating with our marketing agency. This includes discussing strategies for search engine optimization, Google Ads, social media ads, and other marketing initiatives to achieve better results. Qualifications: We are the Sayuri Healing Food Cooking Academy (https://sayurihealingfood.com/bali-academy/ ), located in Ubud, Bali. We offer short classes and 1-2 week-long trainings, as well as our ONLINE Cooking Academy (https://www.sayurionlineacademy.com/), which requires ongoing online technical management and maintenance. Our Academy consists of cooking instructors, instructor assistants, an accountant, and is situated within the premises of our Sayuri Healing Food Café (https://sayurihealingfood.com/). This setup emphasizes the importance of teamwork, clear communication skills, and leadership. We are looking for an individual who possesses the following qualifications and experiences: - Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken) - Proficiency in WordPress and experience with online shopping payment platforms like Megatix and Stripe - Knowledge of Kajabi or the ability to quickly learn and navigate online teaching platforms - Understanding of marketing principles and the ability to collaborate effectively with a marketing agency - Passionate about the Sayuri Healing Food Cooking Academy and Café - Ethical and professional with a positive and friendly attitude - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills - Ability to delegate tasks, manage projects, and drive results - Creative mindset and the ability to bring ideas to fruition - Desire for personal and professional growth within our organization Position Details: Trial Period: Whether you are seeking a full-time or part-time position as a Project Manager or Administrator, the initial trial period will range from 1 to 3 months, depending on your learning ability. This period will allow us to assess your suitability and compatibility with the role. Payment: If you are applying for an administrative position, the salary will be discussed based on whether it is full-time or part-time, as well as your skills and experiences. If you are applying for the Academy Manager position (which requires Project Management and Digital Project Management skills), it will be a full-time position. Initially, a flat salary will be offered (to be discussed, based on your skills & experiences). After working together for 6-12 months, depending on your leadership skills and abilities, we would like your salary to transition into a bonus structure based on a scale or net profit percentage.
