Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
• 4–5 years’ experience in project management or related field
• Strong interest in networking, client follow-up, and closing deals
• Skilled in site supervision and team coordination
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to travel between Jakarta and Semarang as needed
• Available to work Monday to Saturday, depending on client needs
