We are Hiring for Assistant Manager (MIS) In Kolkata Location. please find the job responsibility as below : Job Profile : Assistant Manager (MIS) Experience : 5 Years Shift Timing : 7am to 9pm Budget : Upto 9LPA Job Description Candidate should be very good with comms in English and Hindi Candidate should have knowledge of scheduling based on workload method and Erlang-C Candidate should have detailed knowledge of capacity or manpower planning along with client handling experience for capacity calls Candidate should have knowledge of PCM & FTE billing Candidate from Telecom or E-commerce background would be preferred If candidates’ current role is TL then minimum 2 years of experience should be there and if candidate is at AM Role then minimum 1 years of experience would be require Candidate should have experience of handling a large team like 5-10 minimum team members and he/she should not be on an IC role Must have Candidates must be college or vocational school graduates or possess comparable work experience Min 18 months of experience as a WFM / RTA from a BPO.
