Job Role:
The Product Manager is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including - gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely sales, marketing, Risk, BIU to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction
Target Segment : BL focus is on SENP/SEP customer segment, applicant should have a good understanding of Macro economy and policies that affect MSME, Incumbent will be overseeing 2 Business Lines:
Business Loans (Term Loans/Overdraft)
Loan against POS
Channel: He / she would need to maintain a high level of channel servicing, i.e processing payouts on time, ensuring regular product training to channels and driving new processes/Initiatives. He/she has to build relationships with key persons in external Channels / Partners as well
Internal Relationship: He/she would also need to work with different teams within the bank to better the product and also create relevant MIS’s/data to drive business objectives
Process: Improve efficiency by monitoring & overseeing continuous improvement of processes. Also work on product features, improving them, and creating new ones through Collaboration with internal teams. Create and present reports as required
Product : Gather data to come up with ideas for new products and features including curating ideas and deciding which ones are worth working on and also Track existing product performance. Communicate product vision to the sales and marketing teams to obtain market share for the product
Market: He/she should be alert on competition products viz. other banks/NBFC and augment the presence and penetration of the Kotak brand in the target market. Gathering and analysis of market and competition data needs to be done on an ongoing basis

Job Requirements:
MBA with strong analytical capabilities, he/she must have a good understanding of different business models, risk
Experience: 3-5 years in product management or BL sales, preferably in BL
Strong oral and written Communication
The candidate would need to handle/ manage a gamut of products like BL, OD, FCCR
