The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing maintenance strategies to ensure the optimal performance of industrial equipment and infrastructure. This role requires extensive knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems and strong leadership in preventive and corrective maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of hydraulics & pneumatics, pumps, gears, motors & drives, industrial compressors, CNC machines, EOT cranes, mobile cranes, hydraulic jacks & powerpacks, and portable ground anchor drilling rig machines.

Maintenance Strategies: Develop and implement comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance plans to maximize equipment uptime.

Routine Inspections & Troubleshooting: Conduct regular maintenance checks, diagnose equipment failures, and ensure timely repair solutions.

Safety Compliance: Maintain strict safety standards, ensure adherence to health and environmental regulations, and promote a safety-conscious work culture.

Team Leadership: Manage and guide a team of technicians, providing training, support, and performance evaluations.

Inventory & Budget Management: Monitor and control spare parts, tools, and consumables, optimize maintenance costs, and ensure efficient resource allocation.

Collaboration & Innovation: Work closely with engineering and operations teams to enhance equipment reliability and introduce modern maintenance techniques and ensure proper documentation for MIS reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering .

Atlest 15 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in construction or heavy equipment industries.

Expertise in hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical systems, and industrial machinery.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and time management skills.

Experience with CNC machines, industrial compressors, cranes, and hydraulic systems.

Proficiency in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).

Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and implement preventive measures.
