The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair activities within an organization or facility. This role requires strong leadership and technical skills to ensure that all equipment, machinery, and facilities are in optimal working condition, promoting safety, efficiency, and reliability

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance plan for all equipment and facilities. Schedule routine maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and disruptions.
• Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians and support staff. Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality work.
• Prepare and manage the maintenance department budget. Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Oversee the inspection, maintenance, and repair of machinery, equipment, and vehicles. Coordinate the upkeep and repairs of buildings, HVAC systems, electrical systems, and plumbing.

Qualifications

• B.tech Mechanical
• Experience : 8-12 years
• Industry - Operation Maintenance (Retail, QSR, Mall operations, Hotels, Airport Authority)
