What will your mission in the company be?
As a Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Warranty and Maintenance Center, ensuring that contractual and internal project objectives are met. You will support the Project Manager and branch operations in organizing the workshop and driving continuous improvement.
You will lead the mobilization phases of the maintenance contract, plan labor and materials, and monitor progress to ensure on-time delivery. You will provide technical and financial support to train operations and the Maintenance Center, oversee planning and implementation of preventive maintenance programs, and deliver ongoing services according to CAF’s standards.
What will make you succeed in this position?
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the mobilization phases of the maintenance contract.
- Plan labor, materials, and project milestones.
- Monitor progress against objectives, ensuring on-time delivery.
- Provide technical and financial support to train operations and the Maintenance Center.
- Oversee planning and implementation of preventive maintenance programs.
- Deliver ongoing maintenance services aligned with CAF standards.
- Report to CAF Egypt Subsidiary leadership and collaborate with other workshops, Engineering, Quality, and Purchasing departments.
- Act as the key contact for clients and internal teams.
- Finalize Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual reports, including FRACAS, reliability, and availability KPIs.
- Ensure CAF contractual performance is achieved and transparently reported to clients.
Education:
- Degree in Engineering or related technical field.
Professional Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to perform under pressure.
Languages Required:
- Mandatory: English and Arabic
- Preferred: Spanish, French
Skills:
- Technical expertise in pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, and mechanics is preferred.
- Customer-oriented mindset.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Other Requirements:
- Availability for travel and/or temporary national or international assignments (other locations, clients, suppliers, etc.) depending on project needs.
