The Role The Inbound Mailroom Associate will prepare mail for scanning, convert paper mail to electronic images via a high-speed scanner, validate scanned images, and file/store scanned mail. Key Responsibilities: Opens and prepares mail for scanning Operate high-speed scanner Validate images before uploading to the bill review system. Troubleshooting machine issues Other duties as assigned Requirements: A minimum of a High school diploma or equivalent is required. Ability to work independently is required. Ability to maintain TAT (Turn around Time) is required. Schedule Flexibility to work rotating late nights on Mondays and every other Saturday. Detail-oriented and the ability to multitask is required. Flexible and team orientated is required, Knowledge of computer programs is required.
