We are currently seeking a Mail Data Processing Specialist to join our Data Processing Department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with technical expertise in mail data and USPS regulations to contribute to a high-quality, client-focused production team.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of USPS regulations and presorting standards
• Proficient in BCC Mail Manager software
• Experience with Microsoft Excel
• Working knowledge of FusionPro and FusionPro Imposer
• Familiarity with Mail.dat file creation and PostalOne! submission
• Experience with CASS and NCOA certification processes
• Understanding of mail piece design requirements
• Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat; Adobe PitStop is a plus
• Ability to create or edit JavaScript expressions
• Experience with secure file transfers via ShareFile or SFTP
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
