Shillington Box Co., a TRG company and affiliate of Schwarz Partners, currently has exciting opportunities available for 2nd shift Machine Operators at our St Louis, MO facility! As a Machine Operator, you will assist operators on the Flexo Folder Gluers, Die Cutting Machines, Baler, etc.

Shillington Box Requires The Following Skills And Abilities
- High school Diploma or GED.
- At least 1 year of manufacturing Corrugated experience preferred not required.
- Detail-oriented, organized and dependable with time management skills.
- Successful track record in safety, attendance, and quality.
- Ability to perform basic computer operations.
- Ability to read a tape measure.
- Ability to read and understand instructions.
- The willingness to function effectively in a team environment.
- Enthusiasm for being an active part of a safety-first work environment.
- Must pass pre-employment testing (background check, drug screen, and physical abilities test).
