Our client is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join their team. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be part of the production department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Technician

Location: St. Louis, MO

What's the Job?

• Manufacture products according to established protocols and perform operations in support of the group, department, and company.
  
• Operate processing equipment, ensuring operations are consistent with current operating procedures.
  
• Perform routine analytical tests to ensure processes are in control and report any deviations to the supervisor.
  
• Communicate and document the status of processes, products, and equipment accurately.
  
• Participate in process improvements and maintain good housekeeping in laboratory and working areas.

  • Minimum education of a high school diploma; an associate's degree in Chemistry is preferred.
    
  • Willingness to learn SAP; prior experience is a plus.
    
  • Ability to operate processing equipment and perform production operations safely.
    
  • Strong communication skills to document and report on production operations.
    
  • Commitment to following safety policies and maintaining a clean working environment.
