About This Opportunity


We are seeking a highly skilled senior AI/ML engineer to design , implement and deploy AI/ML solutions that drive innovation and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Langchain, NLP, RAG based systems , Prompt Engineering , Agentic Systems and cloud platforms(Azure,AWS) and be adept in building AI driven applications.


Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement AI driven solutions using advanced frameworks and technologies, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
  • Develop and optimize Langchain(agents, chains, memories, parsers, document loaders),Gen AI and NLP models for specific use cases.
  • Quickly experiment different machine learning models for specific use case.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to quickly propose feasible solutions and effectively communicate strategy and risk mitigation approaches to leadership.
  • Educational & Required Qualifications:

    • Overall, 4-6 years of experience in software development, particularly AI/ML-based projects
    • Must have experience in Azure cloud and databricks setup.
    • Proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, Pytorch, scikit-learn.
    • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, including supervised and unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning, and deep learning.
    • Strong expertise in Generative AI, NLP, and conversational AI technologies.
    • Experience in building and deploying AI-powered applications at scale.
    • Strong understanding of ML pipelines, feature engineering, and MLOps
    • Experience in LLM + RAG and building agentic framework.
    • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
    • Experience leading and mentoring team members to help grow to their full potential.
    • Ability to understand business requirements and translate into technical requirements.
    • Educational Background: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
    • Familiarity with code versioning tools - Git (Gitlab).
    • Exposure to retail industry, experience with e-commerce applications.
