Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Machine Learning (ML) Engineer to join our

team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning

models and algorithms while collaborating across teams to integrate AI-driven solutions into

our products or processes. Candidates with experience working on survey data analysis and

related applications will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Model Development:

• Design, implement, and optimize machine learning algorithms and predictive models for various business applications.
• Perform feature engineering, model selection, and hyperparameter tuning.

2. Data Management:

• Process, clean, and validate large datasets to prepare them for model training.
• Work with data engineers to ensure a robust data pipeline.

3. Deployment & Monitoring:

• Deploy ML models in production environments, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Monitor models in production and implement retraining pipelines for continuous improvement.

4. Collaboration:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to align ML solutions with business goals.
• Translate complex data-driven insights into actionable business strategies.

5. Research & Innovation:

• Stay updated with the latest developments in machine learning and AI technologies.
• Experiment with new tools, libraries, and frameworks to improve existing processes.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

1. Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.

2. Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Python and SQL as core technical skills.
• Experience with ML libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP for ML model deployment.
• Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and statistical modeling techniques.

3. Data Expertise:

• Familiarity with survey data analysis and the unique challenges associated with it is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of big data tools such as Spark or Hadoop.
• Experience with data preprocessing, ETL pipelines, and data visualization tools.

4. Machine Learning Expertise:

• Hands-on experience in supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning.
• Familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision (CV) is a plus.

5. Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.

Preferred Experience:

● 2+ years of experience as an ML Engineer or in a similar role.

● Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science Engineering.

● Proven track record of deploying ML solutions in production environments.

● Familiarity with survey data-related work is a significant advantage.

● Experience with MLOps and version control systems like Git.
