Pay Range: $65,000-$95,000

The Logistics Program Manager manages key logistics projects and initiatives. The position’s project management scope spans distribution, insourced and outsourced transportation, forward and reverse logistics, cost, customer satisfaction, logistics systems and tools, analytics, and process efficiency/efficacy. The Logistics Program Manager also serves as an operational liaison to a few key accounts and drives operational advancements with those accounts accordingly.

What You’ll Do (Essential Duties And Responsibilities)

  • Identify and address gaps in the current logistics operations model. Identify root causes, develop and execute continuous improvement initiatives to create optimized logistics for TSI.
  • Lead and participate in various projects including cost reduction initiatives, new product launches, ESG initiatives, transportation optimization, analytics initiatives, and more.
  • Analyze and manage logistics monitoring indicators, scorecards, and reporting tasks.
  • Influence Logistics strategy to align with current and future business needs.
  • Coordinate with distribution centers and plants to resolve issues and implement improvements.
  • Interface and collaborate with all Logistics functions including Domestic and International Transportation, Warehousing, Home Delivery, Returns, and third-party logistics partners.
  • Interface and collaborate with adjacent functions beyond Logistics: IT, Sales, Planning, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, and HR.
  • Interface and collaborate with some key customer accounts.
  • Present to senior management levels.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
