Pattern is expanding and we are looking for an experienced Logistics Manager to join our MENA Team in Dubai to support the scaling of the business by optimizing our logistics and supply chain operations.
You will own the logistics strategy and execution for a portfolio of global brands, ensuring efficient and cost-effective distribution and fulfilment across the MENA region. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Operations, Finance, and Sales to drive continuous improvement in our logistics processes.
You will be a strategic and operational logistics professional who can engage partners and internal stakeholders towards a common goal. You will have a growth mindset and love navigating the challenges of working in fast-changing landscapes.
What is a day in the life of a Logistics Manager?
The core responsibilities of the Logistics Manager reflect the following:
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to support the growth and profitability of our brands across the MENA region.
- Manage and optimize the supply chain, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to streamline logistics processes and improve efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations related to logistics and supply chain operations.
- Lead cross-functional projects to enhance logistics capabilities and support business expansion in MENA.
What will I need to thrive in this role?
- Demonstrated success in managing logistics and supply chain operations.
- 3-5 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain role.
- Strong academic background (Bachelor's degree or above).
- Experience with logistics management systems and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Highly organized and disciplined.
- Willing to be nimble and adaptable to change.
- Able to work under pressure and manage workloads effectively.
