About the Company - Our Client operates in wholesale trading and import-export, supply chain coordination, vendor and freight management, customs and compliance, and distribution planning.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end logistics operations including import/export, freight forwarding, and last-mile delivery.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight agents, customs brokers, and internal departments.
• Monitor and optimize inventory levels, warehouse operations, and distribution networks.
• Ensure compliance with UAE customs regulations, international trade laws, and company policies.
• Negotiate contracts with logistics service providers and monitor performance.
• Implement and maintain logistics software systems for tracking and reporting.
• Analyze logistics KPIs and prepare regular performance reports.
• Support procurement and finance teams with cost control and budgeting.
• Lead and train logistics staff to ensure operational excellence.

Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. 5–8 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in trading or hospitality. Strong knowledge of UAE import/export regulations, INCOTERMS, and customs clearance. Proficiency in ERP systems and logistics software. Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
