Event/activity(A/B/C) proposal align with internal and global based on campaign calendar and business needs.
Coordinate with Brand/Social/VM/CRM to seek resources for O2O.
A level instore activation/brand event follow up.
Review and summarize learning to build local store marketing tool recipe.
GWR/P
GWR/P yearly/quarterly plan according to business need based on MKT campaign calendar/holiday and raise out the need to branding team and global.
Follow up GWP sampling/order/mechanism/execution.
Landlord Resources
Touch base with ROMs about key LL calendar and revert MKT support.
Prepare tool/guide and share the assets (visual/video/GWR(P) for LL exposure.
Collect display point/mini roadshow from ROM to evaluate the final list of display point/mini roadshow by campaign.
Prepare assets support for internal approval.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in retail marketing with proven track record in delivering top and bottom-line business results
Comfortable to navigate under certain ambiguity and can quickly adapt to new and changing environment
Ability to translate business objectives into executionary initiative and workplans
Fluent in English, spoken &written
Excellent communication and exceptional interpersonal skills; effective and persuasive communication
