Summary

A prominent law firm (AMLAW 200), renowned for its innovative legal solutions for its clients worldwide, seeks a dynamic individual to join its San Francisco office as a Litigation Paralegal.

Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze documents for production or transfer, including privilege and relevance assessments, and conduct electronic redactions as necessary.
  • Perform manual and electronic searches using various platforms and databases.
  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and implementing document collection and review.
  • Manage subpoena responses and prepare quality-checked productions.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize project outcomes.
  • Handle additional tasks and projects as assigned.

Proficiencies

  • Advanced knowledge of e-Discovery software such as Relativity, Concordance, etc.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft technologies and data analysis tools.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate preferred.
  • At least 3 years of legal support experience including document review and e-Discovery principles.
  • At least 2 years of Paralegal experience.
