Job Description: As a Linux Support Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Linux-based systems. Your primary focus will be on handling first-line incidents, ensuring the smooth operation of our infrastructure, and providing timely support to our users.


What you will do:

  • Monitor and maintain Linux servers and systems.
  • Respond to and resolve first-line incidents and service requests.
  • Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose system issues.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure system reliability and security.
  • Document incident resolutions and system changes.


What will help you succeed:

  • Proven experience (6 months-1 year) as a Linux Engineer/Administrator or similar role.
  • Good knowledge of Linux operating systems (e.g., Ubuntu, CentOS, Red Hat).
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Capability of executing provided procedures and addressing errors/improvements.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., RHCSA) are a plus.
