Summary

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and gather information related to the company’s game IPs, build and maintain a comprehensive resource database for IP licensing opportunities. This includes curating resources such as brand partners, online/offline channels, and key market influencers.
  • Identify and engage potential IP licensing clients in line with the company’s strategic direction. Facilitate diverse forms of IP collaboration and work toward achieving defined licensing goals.
  • Evaluate and analyze past collaboration cases, generate review reports, and continuously enhance operational efficiency and performance.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing partners. Identify and recommend potential partners for collaboration, engage in effective communication and negotiation, and drive successful partnerships between game IPs and external stakeholders.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in IP-related roles, with a strong passion for gaming and a solid understanding of the gaming landscape. Prior involvement in successful animation, comic, or IP business development projects is preferred.
  • Excellent data gathering and analytical abilities, with a keen sense for identifying IP market trends and making sound judgments independently.
  • Strong knowledge of local industry regulations, including compliance practices and partnership protocols.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, competitor movements, and market trends, and provide timely insights and feedback.
  • Experience in IP derivatives (e.g., merchandise, anime products) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is highly advantageous for effective communication with external partners and stakeholders.
