Position Overview

Are you someone who loves solving problems behind the scenes making complex systems work seamlessly for users around the world? If so, this might be the role for you. We're looking for a Product Manager to join Autodesk’s Fulfillment team, which plays a critical role in ensuring customers can successfully access and use the products they’ve purchased whether that’s software, subscriptions, or cloud services. As we grow globally and adopt new business models, your job will be to make sure our fulfillment systems are ready to deliver smooth, reliable, and scalable experiences to customers everywhere. This is a hybrid position in Singapore and you'll report to Senior Group Product Manager.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with engineering, UX, and business teams to improve the systems that help customers activate and access Autodesk products
• Understand customer needs and internal systems to define a clear strategy and product roadmap for fulfillment improvements
• Use customer feedback, usage data, and market trends to guide product decisions and prioritize features
• Track performance and success of launched features, then refine and improve based on what you learn
• Collaborate across functions to deliver systems that support new business models like subscriptions, usage-based billing, and cloud delivery
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Have 3+ years of product or program management experience, ideally focused on systems, fulfillment, billing, or enterprise workflows
• Enjoy working with both technical teams (APIs, data models, systems) and non-technical stakeholders (marketing, sales, operations)
• Are a strong communicator and can break down complex technical ideas into clear, actionable plans
• Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and love solving complex problems
• Take ownership and aren’t afraid to dig into details to find solutions
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with APIs, system architecture, and data modelling
