Licensed Architect (Healthcare or Industrial)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly talented Licensed Project Architect to join our office in Raleigh. This role involves participating in and overseeing all aspects of projects, from schematics through construction administration, managing individuals and teams, and participating in business development.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Direct and supervise a team of architects in the completion of assigned projects.
- Coordinate all architectural documentation with outside consultants and other engineering disciplines, both internal and external.
- Ensure the quality and competence of the documents produced under your direction.
- Perform or supervise construction administrative duties, including shop drawing review, on-site reviews, field reports, RFI responses, etc.
- Issue design sketches, communicate with CM/GCs daily, mentor junior team members, and provide technical advice on projects.
- Participate in and represent the firm in OAC meetings.
- Develop and maintain client relationships while leveraging your network to generate new business opportunities.
- Coordinate and collaborate with leadership to contribute to the strategic growth of the office.
Required Qualifications:
- Licensed Architect.
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience.
- Experience with healthcare or industrial projects.
- Thorough knowledge of IBC as well as state & local building and zoning codes and the permitting process.
- Proficiency with Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Bluebeam.
- Strong interpersonal skills, emphasizing collaboration with clients, internal teams, consultants, and builders.
