Located in Central PA, we serve the State of PA from Lancaster location. Our mission is to provide high-quality mental health care and support to individuals and families in need.

Role Description

We are looking for a Licensed Mental Health Clinician/Psychologist who is interested in Telehealth or seeks to have some in-person time in our Lancaster office. A minimum of 15 hours per week is required. The Clinician/Psychologist will conduct therapy sessions and has the option of performing psychological evaluations. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing and treating mental health disorders, developing individualized treatment plans, maintaining patient records, and working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• Experience in providing individual, family and/or group therapy
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or related field
• Licensure as a Mental Health Clinician/Psychologist in the state of Pennsylvania
• Experience in an outpatient or clinical practice setting is a plus
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical guidelines
