We are seeking a proactive, driven, and experienced Lettings Manager to lead our lettings department and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have experience and strong knowledge of the residential lettings market, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to manage a team while ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation.


All the properties in our portfolio are brand-new builds located all London. Examples of the developments you will be working with are: White City Living, The Dumont, The Corniche, Kings Road Park, Chelsea Creek, Battersea Power Station, Prince of Wales Drive, Fulham Reach, One Casson Square, One Park Drive, South Quay Plaza and many other new builds. Your team will not be restricted to show tenants any part of London or up to a certain budget, unlike other agents who are postcode locked or budget restricted which means it will be easier to hit targets.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead, support, and develop the lettings team to ensure high productivity
  • Design and implement KPIs and performance targets aligned with company goals
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance, ensuring targets are met or exceeded
  • Conduct regular one-on-one check-ins and performance reviews with team members
  • Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to current and new staff to improve individual and team outcomes
  • Create a results-driven and collaborative culture, where success is measured, celebrated, and continuously improved
  • Ensure all tenancy agreements and documentation are completed accurately and on time
  • Uphold all compliance requirements (Right to Rent, deposit protection, AML, etc.)
  • Work closely with the accounts and property management teams to ensure smooth tenancy handovers
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the lettings department.
  • Manage and support a team of lettings negotiators and administrators.
  • Generate new business opportunities through networking, marketing, and relationship-building.
  • Conduct property valuations, market appraisals, and landlord consultations.
  • Ensure all properties comply with current lettings legislation and best practices.
  • Negotiate tenancy terms and agreements between landlords and tenants.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to landlords and tenants.
  • Monitor performance and meet/exceed monthly lettings targets.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and legal updates.
  • Interview and hire new staff whenever needed


Key Skills & Experience:


  • Proven experience in a lettings role, ideally in a managerial or senior capacity.
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role within the London lettings market.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • In-depth understanding of UK lettings legislation and compliance.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Professional, organised, and capable of handling multiple tasks.
  • ARLA qualification (desirable but not essential).
  • Knowledge of real estate processes and regulations
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members
  • Experience in letting high-end residential properties is a plus
