Salary/Hourly Rate: $60k - $70k plus commissions and bonus Position Overview: This Leasing Manager role is perfect for a polished, detail-oriented professional with prior experience in Class A residential properties. You'll lead a small team and be the go-to for ensuring leasing goals are met while maintaining a luxury standard. Responsibilities of the Leasing Manager: * Oversee day-to-day leasing operations and performance. * Manage and train 2 concierge team members. * Ensure top-tier customer service for prospects and residents. * Collaborate on marketing and outreach efforts. Required Experience/Skills for the Leasing Manager: * At least 2 years of leasing experience in Class A properties. * Strong communication and organizational skills. * Professional and polished demeanor. Preferred Experience/Skills for the Leasing Manager: * Prior team leadership or mentoring experience. Education Requirements: * Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
