We are looking for an experienced and innovative operational excellence & training manager who will lead the development and implementation of comprehensive training programs that align with the company’s vision, mission & values, aimed at fostering a culture of continuous improvement across our Bars & Restaurants and Premier Inn Outle

  Complete an annual training & development needs analysis and identify training requirements, create training strategy, and implement core operational training prog
• rams.Lead and manage operational excellence initiatives across Bars & Restaurants to drive efficiency and improve proce

• gaps.Develop and design an annual, quarterly, and monthly training calendar and implement them across all locat
• ions.Organize, plan, execute and track the impact of the training sessions for all front of house service operations

• tricsFacilitate corporate learning & development programs and the use of LMS systems within operational s

Required Experience, Skills and Qualific

  Minimum 5 to 7 years previous experience within a training/operational excellence role in the F&B i

• skillsExperience of delivering training courses, programs, and initiatives to a wide audience of hospitality professionals at both junior and senior
• levels.Must have a UAE Driving

license
