Soneva Fushi resort seeks a dynamic and experienced 'Learning & Development Manager' to lead our multicultural team that champions the Training function and supports continuous development within the organization. The scope of this position involves identifying and evaluating training needs for our hosts/ employees thereby assisting the management team in building an efficient workforce. Planning and organizing training modules necessary to meet the training needs, and staying informed of relevant skills and qualifications required for optimal performance are critical for this role.

Requirements and qualifications for the role:

• Masters or a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management or Business Administration is mandatory
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an L&D Manger in a luxury resort/ hotel chain
• Certifications in Training - CHE, CHT or similar from a recognized institute
• Ability to connect and coordinate trainings with hosts/ staff, and spearhead their L&D journeys
• Excellent communication skills, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• We seek an affable, confident and experienced L&D Manager who can lead the resort's L&D team to success
