The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive training programs that enhance employee skills and performance. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute learning strategies and programs.
• Evaluate individual and organizational development needs.
• Implement various learning methods (e.g., coaching, job-shadowing, online training).
• Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops, and other trainings.
• Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities.
• Track budgets and negotiate contracts.
• Manage a team of trainers and instructional designers.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in learning and development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a Learning and Development Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of effective learning and development methods.
• Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
