This Learning and Development Manager opportunity sits within the change department of a fast growing company. The organisation has doubled in size in the last 2 years and has expanded internationally. This Irish company now has a head count of 120 people with ambitious plans to further grow. The company is of a size where you can make a meaningful impact on significant software and process improvement projects.

This role involves a mix of projects both process and software, running training sessions to new starters and project orientated change and associated business readiness. The company’s systems and process are continually improving in order to adjust to the scale of the organisation. You will join team which has a mix of IT, Software and Learning and Development.

You will join a mentoring environment and you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in the area of Learning & Development, Training, Projects and Business Change.


Responsibilities:

  • Change Management & Stakeholder Engagement – Develop and execute change strategies, ensuring alignment with key stakeholders and fostering adoption across teams.
  • Training & Knowledge Transfer – Design and deliver training programs to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge for seamless transitions.
  • Process Readiness & Impact Assessment – Analyse current workflows, identify gaps, and ensure new processes are effectively integrated with minimal disruption.
  • Leadership – Build and develop your leadership and people management skills
  • Communication & Business Engagement – Craft clear, targeted communication strategies to drive awareness, understanding, and engagement at all levels of the business.
  • Risk Mitigation & Issue Resolution – Proactively identify risks and challenges, develop contingency plans, and ensure a smooth transition with minimal operational impact.


Skills / Experience:

  • 4+ years experience in a professional environment, such as Training, Management Consulting Funds, Banking, Insurance, Accounting, Sales Management, Recruitment
  • Fluent English
  • 2.2 + results in an undergraduate degree, in either commerce, engineering, or IT, Data
  • Experience either in Learning & Development, Training, Business Analyst, business change or projects.


Salary / Remuneration: €50,000 - €60,000 + Flexi-benefits
