Summary

Job Title: Learning and Development Manager

Location: Denver, CO

Pay: $100k

Hybrid - 3 days onsite


Qualifications

  • Required: Extensive experience in property management, with a minimum of 7+ years in multifamily property management.
  • Training Expertise: At least 5 years of experience in developing and delivering training programs within the property management industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience with Yardi Suite (minimum 2 years preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with multifamily marketing tools and platforms, including ILSs, Paid Search, and Google Data products.
  • Experience utilizing AI tools, avatars, and innovative software for training content development.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain the monthly training calendar, including scheduling and distributing class invites across the organization.
  • Communicate updates regarding operational systems, applications, and policy changes to all team members.
  • Develop training content and provide supplemental instruction for all property management software platforms, delivered in-person, via video, or through an online training platform.
  • Partner with the HR and Enterprise Solutions teams to design and implement comprehensive training curricula, including both on-demand and instructor-led sessions.
  • Lead training efforts for all new company initiatives related to leasing, customer service, property operations software, and policy/procedural updates.
  • Administer and continuously improve the company’s Learning Management System (LMS) to enhance training delivery and tracking.
