Learning & Development Facilitator Pay: $53.00hr What you'll be doing: * Facilitate in-person and virtual training programs (e.g., New Hire Orientation, leadership development) * Adapt delivery to fit audience needs and company culture * Create and update learning materials and job aids * Coordinate training logistics, communications, and evaluations * Partner with HR and SMEs to align learning with business goals * Use tools like Zoom, Webex, and Cornerstone OnDemand * Support onboarding and maintain training records * Ensure smooth training sessions, including setup and materials * Contribute to improving learning programs and events Qualifications: * 5+ years in facilitation or learning & development * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience * Skilled in virtual platforms (Zoom/Webex) and LMS (Cornerstone preferred) * Strong communication, project management, and adaptability * Experience with leadership and professional development programs * Preferred: L&D certifications, experience in sales/marketing training, and knowledge of talent development frameworks * Comfortable facilitating across diverse audiences; up to 15% travel required Staffmark talent working with this client receive competitive compensation and a great benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401K and Paid Time Off plus more!
