Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced L&D professional to lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of learning programs that support business goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess L&D needs and deliver strategic learning solutions.
  • Develop and manage training plans, materials, and platforms
  • Facilitate inductions, global compliance training, and technical upskilling (e.g., IFRS, Audit Foundations).
  • Monitor and report on learning impact and compliance metrics using Power BI and other tools.
  • Support professional qualifications (e.g., ADIT, ACCA, CPA).
  • Maintain L&D compliance controls and reporting (SOQM, CPD hours).

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years in L&D
  • Experience in a professional environment
  • Proficient in LMS platforms; Power BI knowledge is a plus.
  • Innovative, analytical, and strategic mindset.
  • Arabic speaking
