The Role
Lead with vision, not just code. As a Staff Platform Engineer at Multitude, you'll leverage your expertise to define the technical direction of the Platform Engineering domain. Inspire and support fellow engineers, advocate for best practices, and drive the development of a robust platform and exceptional customer-facing products.

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience with at least 4+ years of Public cloud transformation & DevOps
- 4+ years of experience with infrastructure automation and configuration management (Terraform, Chef, Ansible, Puppet, …)
- Experience working with microservices architecture, REST APIs & API Gateways principles and patterns
- A natural mentor who thrives in collaborative environments and makes a real impact.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, secure, and scalable Platform solutions in fast-paced settings.
- Strong architectural mindset, leading discussions on technical trade-offs with well-considered solutions.
- Excellent communicator, able to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- A natural leader who inspires, motivates, and fosters a culture of learning and growth.
- Background in Software Development, DevSecOps, Site Reliability, and/or Systems Engineering
- Deep understanding and hands on mastery of software development best practices such as Agile-based development, TDD, TBD, coding guidelines, code reviews, pairing and mobbing sessions etc.

The starting salary is 4000 gross monthly but will be higher if you are a senior candidate. Our final offer to you will be set up fairly, considering your skills and experience.
