Lead Unity Game Developer – PC Games | Vilnius (On-Site Only)

We’re on the hunt for a Lead Unity Developer to join our team in Vilnius.

🕹️ What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead and mentor a team of Unity developers throughout the PC game development pipeline
• Take ownership of the technical direction for our projects, ensuring creative vision meets performance goals
• Collaborate closely with designers, artists, and other leads for smooth and efficient development cycles
• Tackle complex challenges related to PC performance, input systems, multiplayer integration, and UX
• Develop and maintain UI systems and internal tools to support and streamline production
• Stay ahead of the curve with new Unity tech and development practices to push our games to the next level

🔑 What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years in game development, with 3+ years using Unity
• Proven leadership experience—you know how to guide, support, and motivate a team
• Strong technical skills
• Excellent English (C1 or higher) is a must; Lithuanian is a big plus
• Must be able to work on-site in Vilnius
