Key Responsibilities:

Design Leadership:

  • Lead UX strategy, discovery calls with clients, and execution across Ecommerce Projects & other Custom Applications.
  • Drive the creation of wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
  • Set design direction, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals.
  • Champion usability, accessibility, and responsive design best practices.

  • Team Management:
  • Mentor, manage, and inspire a growing team of UX and UI designers.
  • Conduct regular design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and creative innovation.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and marketing leads to integrate UX seamlessly into project workflows.
  • Collaborate with SEO, content, and marketplace teams to ensure consistent digital experiences across channels.

  • Client Engagement:
  • Present design strategies, prototypes, and solutions to US-based clients in a clear, persuasive manner.
  • Translate business requirements into thoughtful design outcomes.
  • Act as a design consultant and subject matter expert in client meetings and pitches.

  • Operational Excellence:
  • Build and maintain design systems and documentation.
  • Stay current with UX trends, tools, and techniques.
  • Define and track KPIs related to design quality and user engagement.

  • Detail-oriented but also able to zoom out and guide vision.
  • Empathetic leadership style that inspires designers to do their best work.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced, iterative environments.
  • Experience working with cross-timezone teams; ability to manage syncs in both IST mornings and US hours.
