Key Responsibilities

• Lead Design Efforts: Guide the design process from research to wireframing, prototyping, and UI design, creating user-centric solutions.
• Conduct Product Research: Explore user needs and product opportunities through research to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and stakeholders to align designs with user and business goals.
• Build and Maintain Design Systems: Create and refine design systems to keep our products consistent and scalable.
• Iterate Based on Feedback: Run usability tests and tweak designs to improve the user experience.
• Promote Accessibility: Incorporate inclusive design practices to make our products accessible to all users.
• Manage Priorities: Juggle multiple projects in a dynamic, agile environment with ease.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Solid Experience: 4+ years of UI/UX design experience, with at least 1-2 years in a senior or lead role, preferably in a product-focused company or startup.
• Figma Expertise: Strong proficiency in Figma, with experience creating polished designs, prototypes, and collaborative workflows.
• UI Knowledge: Good grasp of UI design principles, including typography, color, and layout, to craft visually appealing interfaces.
• Research Skills: Comfortable conducting user research and applying insights to improve product designs.
• Team Player: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate design ideas clearly.
• Accessibility Awareness: Familiarity with inclusive design principles and WCAG guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications

• SaaS or AI Experience: Experience designing for SaaS products or AI-driven platforms.
• Technical Know-How: Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate smoothly with developers.
• Strong Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing Figma-based projects, UI designs, and research-driven case studies.
• Independent Research: Ability to plan and conduct user research or usability testing on your own.
