This is a full-time hybrid role for a UI / UX Designer located in Bangalore. The Client Experience Specialist will play a key role in creating cutting-edge user experiences and a visually stunning interface. The person will be responsible for leading design initiatives, collaborating with a cross-functional team, understanding the product, and driving innovation in user experience design.

Responsibilities

• Possesses a strong visual sense, with particular expertise in UI design and an eye for high-quality visual aesthetics overall.
• Partner with designers, engineers, and product managers to conceptualize and implement new features and enhancements for B2B products.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for new product features.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure a consistent user experience.
• Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and data.
• Deliver high-quality design solutions within project timelines.
• Maintain a user-focused approach in all design activities.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum experience of 8+ years working in the IT field designing stunning user interface/experiences.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Experience in designing B2B products.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience conducting user research and translating findings into design solutions.
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and consistency.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Proven experience as a Product Designer or similar role in UX/UI design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design work and process.
• Knowledge of design systems and their implementation.
