CyberSecurity Solutions Consultant, Latam, Sao Paulo hybrid office-based

YOUR ROLE

As an OpenText CyberSecurity Solutions Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in guiding cybersecurity strategies and transformations for organizations across LATAM, with a key focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM). Based in São Paulo, you will leverage your expertise in cybersecurity, including IAM, to deliver comprehensive security solutions, influence strategic security roadmaps, and ensure that customer digital environments remain secure, efficient, and compliant.

What The Role Offers

  • Analyze customer requirements and design comprehensive cybersecurity solutions with a strong focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM).
  • Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) tailored to customer needs.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key customers, ensuring high satisfaction, trust, and loyalty.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product management, and delivery teams to facilitate consultative selling and successful solution implementation.
  • Represent OpenText at industry conferences and events, providing thought leadership, insights, and expert guidance in cybersecurity.

What You Need To Succeed

  • Proven experience and strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions and cybersecurity architectures.
  • Technical knowledge and expertise in OpenText CyberSecurity solutions or similar offerings.
  • Ability to clearly design, articulate, and demonstrate complex cybersecurity architectures and IAM solutions.
  • Understanding of Core principles of IT Security and working knowledge of IAM / SIEM / Data / App Security. Preferably on IAM.
  • Demonstrated consultative selling capabilities with excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience developing and presenting clear and concise messages to both technical and business prospects.
  • Al least 8 years’ experience in with enterprise software presales with proven ability to understand and analyze prospects needs and identify, develop and present appropriate solutions in a on or off cloud environment.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English required; proficiency in Spanish is an advantage.
