• Position: Lead Software Developer
• Location: Budapest – 2/3x per week in office
• Salary: 1.6 million - 2 million HUF per month (Depending on experience)

We’ve partnered with a cutting-edge Global SaaS company revolutionizing global supply chains. We are looking for a Lead Developer to join their new office in Budapest.

Your role:

• Lead and manage the development team to deliver high-quality software on time.
• Design and develop cloud-based applications with a focus on scalability and security.
• Set technical strategies and best practices for full-stack development.
• Collaborate with product managers and business teams to align technical solutions with goals.
• Implement DevOps practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, and deployment.
• Ensure code quality through reviews, mentoring, and continuous improvement.
• Solve complex technical issues and guide the team.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.

What Sets You Apart:

• Strong experience with cloud platforms, C#, .NET, and modern frontend frameworks.
• Proven leadership in managing and mentoring development teams.
• Expertise in cloud architectures, microservices, API design, and cloud integrations.
• Solid experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English.
