JOB SUMMARY: (Lead .NET Software Engineer)

The role involves contributing to software development projects within a Scrum framework, delivering high-quality, maintainable code, and participating in architectural decisions. The individual will also take on leadership responsibilities such as mentoring team members, managing technical documentation, overseeing code quality, and supporting the Principal Engineer with planning, recruitment, and technical strategy.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Development & Technical Work:

• Contribute to product development and system components.
• Write clean, maintainable code and unit tests.
• Follow SCRUM practices, meet sprint goals, and communicate delays.
• Participate in system architecture discussions and new requirement analyses.
• Understand the product from both technical and business angles.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

• Oversee major code changes and uphold quality standards.
• Provide guidance and feedback to team members.
• Help define professional development paths and support skill growth.
• Assist in technical interviews and team alignment meetings.

Documentation & Communication:

• Ensure thorough documentation of features and systems.
• Create and maintain both internal and user-facing documentation in English.
• Participate actively in planning sessions and feature coordination.

Continuous Improvement & Strategy:

• Stay up-to-date professionally through certifications and conferences.
• Identify modernization opportunities and technical challenges.
• Manage release processes and support strategic architectural alignment.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TABLE:

✅Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and contribute to a positive work environment.

✅Proficiency in conversational English, with strong communication skills preferred.

✅6-7+ Years experience in ASP.NET & C#.

✅Experience with MSSQL that allows you to navigate the intricacies of database management.

✅Implementing server-side concepts & features by ensuring our systems are performing and monitored properly.
