Tech Role Overview We are seeking a Senior React Native Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your extensive experience and expertise to build and enhance our mobile applications, mentor junior developers, and contribute to the growth and success of our engineering team. Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead the development of high-quality mobile applications using React Native.
• Design and implement new features and functionalities to improve user experience.
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Optimize applications for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications, providing timely resolutions to issues.
• Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in front-end development. Requirements
• 5 to 10 years of experience in designing and building mobile applications using React Native.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including ES6 features.
• Solid understanding of React Native architecture and ecosystem.
• Experience with state management libraries such as MobX or Redux.
• Familiarity with front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, and NPM.
• Sound knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration with back-end services.
• Strong understanding of responsive web design principles and media queries.
• Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks like AngularJS, ReactJS, or VueJS.
• Experience in unit testing with Jest or similar frameworks.
• Good sense of design and user experience, with an eye for detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.
• Passionate about building world-class user interfaces and improving user experience.
