Groovie Studio is a London-based startup where data meets disco.

We’re building a hybrid world of music, marketing, and machine learning — from independent record releases to R-powered marketing analytics tools.

We’re looking for an R Programmer who can help us develop custom analytics tools and shape the future of our products — not just work on isolated projects.

🎵 Who You Are:

Advanced in R: tidyverse, ggplot2, shiny, markdown

Experienced in Dockerized environments (or eager to learn fast)

Curious about marketing mix modeling, causal inference, and creative data applications

Comfortable with async teamwork, fluent in English

You enjoy indie culture, love building from scratch, and prefer collaboration over hierarchy

💸 How We Work:

This is not a traditional salary position.

 We operate on a revenue share model — and offer you co-creation opportunities in the products we build.

 That means: You get a share of the projects you contribute to and a say in how our tools evolve.

🚀 What You’ll Be Doing:

Building & deploying models with Robyn / Prophet / CausalImpact

Creating data storytelling tools for music and marketing

Working with a small team across London, Istanbul & Stockholm.

Participating in early-stage product ideation and testing.
