Job Title: Programme Director – Business Change & Transformation
Location: Canary Wharf (2 Days on site)
Contract: 6 Months (With the view to extend)
Overall Purpose of the Role
We are seeking a seasoned and resilient Programme Director to lead the delivery of a portfolio of complex business change and transformation initiatives at Barclays. This individual will act as the Deputy to the hiring manager, overseeing high-impact programmes at varying stages of maturity — from in-flight delivery to programme closure.
The successful candidate will be pivotal in shaping delivery strategy, ensuring execution against Group ExCo-level standards, and managing multi-dimensional change in a fast-paced environment.
