🌟 About the Role: Lead QA Engineer

Are you passionate about ensuring software quality and love working at the intersection of automation, AI, and fast-paced product development? Join us and own quality for a modern, AI-first B2B SaaS product.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate directly with the Tech Leaders to improve the reliability, performance, and security of the Avoma platform.
• Own and drive all QA initiatives — manual and automated — across the company, ensuring our product scales flawlessly as we grow.
• Enhance our CI/CD pipeline to build efficient testing and deployment cycles.
• Work closely with Product and UX teams to anticipate future changes and craft airtight test strategies.
• Leverage AI-based testing tools to cut down redundant QA cycles and improve coverage smartly.
• Use Prompt engineering skills to leverage AI for test generation and validation
  
  

We work with Django (backend), React.js (frontend), Android / iOS, and deploy rapidly using GitHub Actions.

✅ Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with test automation & 3+ years of experience with Playwright.
• Experience designing end-to-end test plans across frontend, backend, and APIs
• Experience with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions
• Strong TypeScript /JavaScript skills for writing scalable test scripts
• Good understanding of web debugging and browser dev tools
• Solid grasp of testing strategies in fast-moving agile teams
• Great communication and documentation skills

• Experience testing in AWS-based deployments
• Experience with performance testing using Locust or similar tools.
• M.S. in CS or related field
