Lead Program Manager – Energy Transformation

We are a leading renewable energy company driving a major transformation in the sector. As we continue to innovate, we are seeking an experienced Lead Program Manager to take ownership of a critical Integration and Transformation Program.

THE ROLE:

As Lead Program Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a large-scale integration and transformation initiative, ensuring successful execution across multiple technical and business workstreams. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage with executive stakeholders, and drive change to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and compliance.

This role requires a hands-on leader who can work at a detailed level to manage program execution while also providing strategic oversight and executive-level reporting.

• Lead and manage a major transformation and integration program within the energy and utilities sector.
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of initiatives spanning billing, demand management, product development, compliance, technical enhancements, and customer experience improvements.
• Drive successful implementation of SaaS-based solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Work across multiple levels of the business, from detailed project execution to providing strategic insights for executive leadership.
• Ensure agile, value-driven delivery, adapting to changes and optimizing program outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability to meet program objectives.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Extensive experience in the energy or utilities sector, particularly in billing and demand management.
• A strong track record of leading large-scale, complex technical programs and projects.
• Experience working in a SaaS business, with hands-on involvement in software implementation.
• Proven ability to work at both a task execution level and an executive leadership level, providing clear reporting and insights.
• Experience delivering a wide range of initiatives across product development, compliance, technical transformation, and customer experience.
• Strong ability to navigate change in a fast-moving environment, ensuring the earliest possible delivery of value.
